A LECO CS-225 Carbon Sulfur Determinator  which has  received Preventative Maintenance Service, and a Maintenance History File has been created, with a  Reliability Profile  in place and  Certified  with Performance Validation. Call at any time of day or night for consultation, or emergency call-out. Even without a maintenance or repair contract, you're the boss. We understand how critical your instrument may be to your process, and are dedicated to getting it up and running again as soon as possible. Sign up for a service plan, and assure yourself you are doing the best thing for your reliability requirements.
Each of our three service plans include the best Preventative Maintenance we know to provide for your LECO instrumentation. Our service programs are designed to minimize downtime, customer delays and unforeseen expenditures. Add a service agreement, and you have stabilized your costs and are guaranteed priority service response.

We take pride in the industries’ quality assurance programs. With a comprehensive maintenance and service plan in place, you make sure your instruments are always in top operating order. This gives you the peace of mind that you can regularly meet your customers’ needs within your budget.

Once a Standard or Premium Service contract is in effect, we start a Maintenance History File and initiate a Reliability Profile that evaluates the long-term reliability of your instrument.
During a Service Contract period, an Experienced Technician will perform technical support, PM and repair services to keep your lab ready to meet any need. We offer emergency technical support and guarantee quick and efficient professional service tailored to meet your needs.
A LECO RH-1 that is typical of the well maintained Hydrogen Determinator Analyzers still doing production analysis today. For equipment considered obsolete by the manufacturer, we will continue to provide service as long as needed parts are available from any source. For unavailable parts, we can usually provide alternative solutions to keep your equipment operating well beyond the manufacturers’ date of obsolescence.
Basic Service Plan

This Plan is recommended for medium usage instruments (11-99 tests per week) and companies requiring moderate assurance of low cost reliability.

This plan includes all the benefits of a Standard PM Contract and includes all the related costs for one emergency service call. Excess repair labor is billable at the Contract Rate. Operator training is included. This plan does not require a Pre-Contract Inspection and Service.
Standard Service Plan
This Plan is recommended for high usage instruments (100-200 tests per week) and companies requiring maximum assurance of low cost reliability.
This plan includes all the benefits of a Standard PM Contract and includes all the related costs of two emergency service calls. Since this plan includes Parts, a Pre-Contract Inspection and Service is required before the contract can commence. Excess repair labor is billable at the Contract Rate. Operator training is included.
Premium Service Plan
This Plan is recommended for high usage instruments (150 and above tests per week) and companies requiring maximum assurance of reliability and predetermined maintenance costs.
This plan includes all the benefits of a Premium PM Contract and is similar to the factory’s warranty coverage. The related costs of two emergency service calls are included and unlimited service labor. Since this plan includes Parts, a Pre-Contract Inspection and Service is required before the contract can commence. Operator training is included.
